Payment & Shipping:
All shipments are packaged and are trackable. For shipping insurance more than $100 please contact us for a shipping quote.
Orders placed will be shipped out during the following week during open hours (usually Tuesday thru Friday). Please allow us 2-5 days to process orders. You may receive a shipping notification after your label is printed, but this does not guarantee immediate packing or shipping. We are a small shop and it can take a few days when there is a huge influx in orders.

International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Missing or stolen packages
Carrie Arlah is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items from USPS or any international carriers. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. If items are lost, damaged or stolen, a claim can be filed directly with the shipping provider.

Crystal Tones™ Singing Bowls are non-refundable.
If an item is damaged in shipping, you must save all packaging and submit a claim to insurance, whether that be USPS, UPS or other shipping provider used. Once the package has safely left our hands, the shipping providers and third-party insurance providers are responsible for reimbursement, not us.
If the package is lost in transit or stolen at your home location, we are also not responsible.
If you live in an apartment complex or an area where your porch is unsafe, please contact us for a quote for signature required delivery.
